As a business traveler, I loved the clean and comfortable beds with personal safes, creating great privacy. The hostel had great internet and was conveniently located near several metro stations. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful.

I stayed at the Kotobuki Hotel for a couple of nights and it was perfect for my budget travel needs. The staff were friendly and the check-in process was quick thanks to the accessible machines. The elevators were speedy and the laundry facilities were efficient. The shower and toilet facilities were always clean and well-maintained. Plus, the location was convenient for exploring the nearby cafes that served amazing coffee and bread.
I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Tokyo. Everything was perfect! The check-in system was smart and easy to use. The staff were friendly and always helpful, providing great recommendations and directions. The dorm room was cozy, clean, and quiet. The capsules were comfortable and had enough space, with personal lockers for valuables. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, with good shower facilities and hair dryers available. The hotel lobby was spacious, with reliable wifi and a kitchen to use. The location was excellent, with two subway stations nearby and within walking distance to the Senso-ji shrine and other attractions.

Beyond excellent staff, kind and accommodating. Clean and spacious beds with privacy. Friendly owner and elderly workers. Nice and brand new facilities. Communal area with a warm atmosphere. Convenient location. Comfortable room.

This hotel is a hidden gem! the prices are incredibly reasonable, making it fantastic value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail is impressive, with ready-to-go beds and lockable bedside compartments for sensitive materials. Lastly, the location is perfect, right by two subway stations in a residential area, allowing for easy access to all the city attractions.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to two main stations and the Sensoji temple. The room is clean and has a comfortable bed. The bathroom is well-maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a nice communal area with a large kitchen and tables. The basement has a vending machine with a variety of drinks.
